Helping a Media Brand Build Value

I worked with a highly respected legacy digital media client on an effort to develop a strategy for increasing custom advertising revenue. This platform had traditionally only used programmatic advertising at standard sizes on their websites, and wanted to create robust portfolio of offerings to attract top brand partners. Leveraging my experience with digital advertising, I conducted a discovery process with stakeholder interviews and workshop, market research, and recommendations. Selected slides shown below.
